Cello Studio
Mr. Czarkowski’s student have won numerous local and state-wide honors including:
- Maryland and West Viriginia All-State Orchestra’s
- Principal chair of Shepherd University Orchestra
- Principal chair of Hagerstown All-County Orchestra
- Student of the Month, Maryland Symphony
- Numerous Summer festivals
- Current students attending Bryn Mawr College, Shepherd University, West Virginia University, Georgetown University
Mr. Czarkowski teaching principles are strict and demanding. Each student studies Major and minor scales in 3 octaves along with the Dotzauer Etude I-IV and Popper High-School of Cello Etude books. Weekly lessons are enforced with orchestra/sectional rehearsals and recitals are held at the end of each semester.
